Order
Instructions
You may place orders by telephone, fax, by email, or by completing our on-line order form.
You will need to provide:
- Each Item # and brief description (so we may distinguish it from other similar items in inventory).
- Your request as to how you would like the item shipped. See Shipment.
- Payment information. See Methods of Payment.
- Your email and telephone number if we should have any questions regarding your order.
- If ordering by fax or email, let us know if you would like to be contacted with a final price, including shipping and applicable sales taxes.
Credit card orders are usually are shipped within two business days. Orders by wire transfer, check or money order may be delayed up to seven days
while waiting for the funds to clear.

Charges and Fees
The total cost of an order includes: the item, sales tax (if the shipping address is within the state of Arizona), and a fee for shipment. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs duties, fees, or taxes as required by law. All international shipments will include the usual customs documentation, and the declared value will be the total price paid for the items (excluding shipping expenses).
Methods of Payment
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept funds payment by money order, international postal money order, wire transfer, and by check. When paying by check or money order please expect a small delay in shipment as we wait for the funds to clear.
Shipment
We charge a nominal amount for shipping. The actual fee is dependent on the size and weight of the item or items in the order, and the class of service requested (overnight, 2-day, etc.) We can provide you with an approximate amount of the fee at the time you order.
Items usually are shipped with in two business days, for orders by credit card or wire transfer, or within seven days if we must wait for a check or money order to clear.
We ship all items fully insured. Our methods of shipment include Federal Express, International Airmail or Express Mail, and United Parcel Service. We are happy to ship overnight if you like.
All items are carefully inspected before packing. We appreciate the value and longevity of these collectible cameras, and we pack them with the respect they deserve. So while it may take you a while to unpack it upon arrival, we know that you'll be pleased that it arrived safely.
Please notify us immediately if the package has been tampered with or damaged in shipment. If possible, please examine the shipping carton upon delivery so that any damage may be noted and inspected by the delivery service before you take
delivery of the package.
